When do you ship?
Update: Due to high volume and COVID, shipping times may be longer than usual. We ship via USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground. Shipping may take up to 10 days. If you have any questions on delivery please CONTACT US.
We ship Monday - Friday via USPS first class and priority mail. Items under 1 lb. ship first class (typical 4 days transit time) and all other orders ship Priority (2 to 5 days shipping).
UPS: for more fragile and/or larger orders we may upgrade to UPS shipping. Please contact us with any questions.
We typically process orders within 48 hours, but please allow up to 3 business days for processing, in addition to shipping time. For any questions on arrival times, please don't hesitate to contact us.
I didn't receive an order confirmation or tracking via email
We send out email updates when your order is placed, when it is shipped and when it is delivered. Please check your spam folder if you don't receive these updates, as it may be in there. Please also check which email address you used for the order.
My Order Arrived Damaged
If you received a damaged order, please keep all the contents and contact us immediately. For USPS damaged shipments, drop off the entire order and packaging to the local PO or leave with your carrier marked as Refused/Return to Sender. We will file a claim with the shipping service and send out a replacement order.
We offer flat rate shipping to save you money! Orders placed with a subtotal of $18 or less will receive a $7 flat rate shipping cost. Orders over $18 receive a $9 flat rate shipping cost. With the exception of a special cookbook rate, which will have a priority book rate option for one book at checkout.
Entering a Coupon Code / Gift Card
If you have a coupon code or gift card you can enter it from the shopping cart page during checkout. It is located directly under the Total.
For Coupons, please enter your code before completing your order as it will be not able to be applied after your payment processes and the order is complete. Please contact us prior to the order with any issues. If you do not see this area, try a different browser or refresh your page.
You will be sent an email with your order confirmation and then an additional email with the USPS tracking number when it ships. If you did not receive these emails, check your spam folder.
Different Shipping and Billing Address
At the checkout page where you enter your payment information, click "use other address" and you can enter a different billing address.
I didn't get my order?
If you did not receive your order within 5 business days from receiving your tracking number, please contact us. However, please note that the USPS has announced some delays due to Covid-19.
Unused items/orders can be returned within 20 days of delivery. Please include your order number and reason for the return along with the item(s). Mail your return to: Po box 94 Wellington, TX 79095
Once the return is received we will issue a refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
We have currently suspended international shipping due to border issues and increased rates. However, the books can be purchased by major international retailers, like Amazon, etc.
