When do you ship?

We ship Monday - Friday via major carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.). If you require a specifc carrier, please contact us prior to your order.

We typically process orders within 24 hours of ordering (not including weekends). Standard shipping time is approximately 4 - 6 days or Expedited Shipping is 2-3 business days.

For any questions on arrival times, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Using a Coupon

Coupons cannot be combined and cannot be applied after the order processes. With any issues on coupon usage, please contact us prior to placing your order. Free shipping promotion and coupons can be combined, however please note the cart total must be over $100 after the coupon is applied.

I didn't receive an order confirmation or tracking via email

We send out email updates when your order is placed, when it is shipped and when it is delivered. Please check your spam folder if you don't receive these updates, as it may be in there. Please also check which email address you used for the order.

My order arrived damaged

If you received a damaged order, please keep all the contents and contact immediately.

Order tracking

You will be sent an email with your order confirmation and then an additional email with the tracking number when it ships. If you did not receive these emails, check your spam folder or contact us.

I didn't get my order?

If you did not receive your order within 7 business days from receiving your tracking number, please contact us

Returning items

Unused items/orders can be returned within 20 days of delivery. Please include your order number and reason for the return along with the item(s). Mail your return to: Po box 94 Wellington, TX 79095

Once the return is received we will issue a refund.
