When do you ship?
Note: Due to nation's current supply chain and shipping issues currently, we cannot guaranteed a specific delivery date. If you have any questions about an order please feel free to contact us.
We ship Monday - Friday via USPS and FedEx. Standard shipping time is 5 to 7 business days or Expedited shipping is 2 - 3 business days. Please note these times aren't guaranteed.
We typically process orders within 48 hours, but please allow up to 3 business days for processing, in addition to shipping time. For any questions on arrival times, please don't hesitate to contact us.
How Much is Shipping?
To save our customers money, we charge a low flat rate of $8 for orders weighing 9 lbs. and under, and $10 for orders weighing over 9 lbs for Standard shipping (5 - 7 business days). Expedited shipping (2-3 business days) is $14.
Do you offer international shipping?
Canadian orders are processed via our website. Please see HERE for terms on Canadian shipping. For all other international orders, email email@example.com.
I didn't receive an order confirmation or tracking via email
We send out email updates when your order is placed, when it is shipped and when it is delivered. Please check your spam folder if you don't receive these updates, as it may be in there. Please also check which email address you used for the order.
My Order Arrived Damaged
If you received a damaged order, please keep all the contents and contact us immediately.
Entering a Coupon Code / Gift Card
If you have a coupon code or gift card you can enter it from the shopping cart page during checkout. It is located directly under the Total.
For Coupons, please enter your code before completing your order as it will be not able to be applied after your payment processes and the order is complete. Please contact us prior to the order with any issues. If you do not see this area, try a different browser or refresh your page.
You will be sent an email with your order confirmation and then an additional email with the USPS/Fed Ex tracking number when it ships. If you did not receive these emails, check your spam folder.
Different Shipping and Billing Address
At the checkout page where you enter your payment information, click "use other address" and you can enter a different billing address.
I didn't get my order?
If you did not receive your order within 7 business days from receiving your tracking number, please contact us. However, please note that the USPS/ Fed Ex has announced some delays due to Covid-19.
Unused items/orders can be returned within 20 days of delivery. Please include your order number and reason for the return along with the item(s). Mail your return to: Po box 94 Wellington, TX 79095
Once the return is received we will issue a refund.
