We ship Monday – Friday via USPS, UPS and FedEx. If you require a specific carrier, please contact us prior to ordering.
Orders are typically processed orders within 2-3 business days from ordering. During holiday times, please allow additional processing days. If you have questions on processing times, please contact us. Standard shipping time is approximately 4 – 6 days or Expedited Shipping is 2-3 business days. These are not guaranteed. Please contact us if you require a specific receive by date.
Coupons cannot be combined and cannot be applied after the order processes. With any issues on coupon usage, please contact us prior to placing your order. Free shipping promotion and coupons can be combined, however please note the cart subtotal must be over $100, after the coupon is applied.
ORDER CONFIRMATION AND SHIPPING EMAILS
We automatically email you with your order information and when your order ships. If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam folder or contact us.
If you received a damaged order, please keep all the contents and contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 940-585-9335 immediately.
Unused items/orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us to initiate your return for for instructions. Once the return is received we will issue a refund to the original payment source. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to be credited back to your bank. Please contact if you don’t receive your refund within 10 days.
We do ship internationally. Please email email@example.com with the items you would like and shipping address. Please note that you will be responsible for all duties and tax fees that your country charges for items imported. This will be collected before the package is delivered. We are not able to calculate these fees beforehand. If the shipment is refused you will be responsible for all return fees.
