We made this classic style mustard with Hatch chiles and the result is sweet and mildly spicy mustard that will become a household favorite. This chunky style mustard is a perfect condiment on hamburgers and hotdogs, but can offer a bold flavor as a pork or brisket rub, and great with sausage.
