Please note that during holidays, we may require up to 3 extra days processing time due to high volumes.
Shipping Timeline
We ship Monday - Friday via USPS, and UPS. If you require a specific carrier, please contact us prior to ordering.
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of ordering (not including weekends) but allow up to 72 hours. Standard shipping time is approximately 4 - 6 days or Expedited Shipping is 2-3 business days. These are not guaranteed. Please contact us if you require a specific receive by date.
Coupon Usage
Coupons cannot be combined and cannot be applied after the order processes. With any issues on coupon usage, please contact us prior to placing your order. Free shipping promotion and coupons can be combined, however please note the cart subtotal must be over $100, after the coupon is applied.
Order Confirmation and Shipping Emails
We automatically email you with your order information and when your order ships. If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Damaged Order
If you received a damaged order, please keep all the contents and contact orders@kentrollins.com or call 940-585-9335 immediately.
Returning items
Unused items/orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us to initiate your return for for instructions. Once the return is received we will issue a refund to the original payment source. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to be credited back to your bank. Please contact if you don't receive your refund within 10 days.
International Orders
We love serving Cowboy Cooking fans around the world, but due to rising shipping costs and ongoing customs complications, we've made the difficult decision to discontinue international shipping. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for supporting Kent Rollins Cowboy Cooking.
Alaska & Hawaii
Because of increased transit times & costs out of our control, orders to Alaska and Hawaii are ineligible for free shipping promotions.
