We made this classic style mustard with Hatch chiles and the result is sweet and mildly spicy mustard that will become a household favorite. This chunky style mustard is a perfect condiment on hamburgers and hotdogs, but can offer a bold flavor as a pork or brisket rub, and great with sausage.

Ingredients: mustard, distilled vinegar, water, mustard seed, salt, turmeric, paprika, spice, garlic powder, green chile, sugar, onion, fresh sweet relish, cucumber sugar, vinegar, salt, spices, sodium benzoate (preservative), xanthan gum, mustard seed, celery seed, red pepper flakes, yellow 5, potassium sorbate (preservative), polysorbate 80, apple cider vinegar, green chile powder, corn starch, minced garlic, crushed red pepper.
Processed in a facility that also processes soy and fish.

Kent I’m sorry I’m gonna have to set the law on you for dealing in addictive substances. This stuff is AWESOME. I came back to order another jar but alas it is sold out.
You can put this on just about anything, I love it on sandwiches, especially pork or beef, and on chili dogs.
