Garlic Bread
Garlic bread is one of those things that can make a good meal great, and this one is about as easy and satisfying as it gets. We first learned this version while cooking in Branson, Missouri, and I remember thinking it sounded a little unusual. Once it came out of the oven, bubbly and golden, I was sold. It is creamy, packed with garlic flavor, and has just enough seasoning to stand on its own or soak up every bit of that spaghetti sauce. This is the kind of garlic bread folks ask about after the first bite.

Easy Cheesy Garlic French Bread
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise with minced garlic, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix until smooth and well blended.
Slice a loaf of French bread in half lengthwise.
Spread the garlic mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
If desired, sprinkle with red pepper flakes or add extra cheese for more flavor.
Place the bread in a preheated oven and bake until the top is bubbly, lightly browned, and crisp.
Serve the cheesy garlic bread with your favorite pasta - whether it's Shannon's Nana's Spaghetti Sauce or our Smoked Meatballs & Spaghetti Sauce - the family will love every bite.
