Onions from the Hatch Valley and surrounding area are as sweet as any of the well-known varieties… and sweeter than most. This dressing combines Hatch onions, avocado oil, and our very own Hatch green chile dijon mustard. This dressing is so good you can marinate, baste, or douse your salads and fruit.

Ingredients: onion, brown sugar, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, apple cider vinegar, avocado oil, sweet and hot dijon mustard, celery salt, black pepper, ground dry mustard, ground dry chipotle, poppy seed.

My favorite dressing ever created! Love that it has clean ingredients no additives or colors and it has just the right of sweet and tang to it. Now ordering my second jar. Goes great on a green salad but I’m sure as a meat topper it is great as well!
