Our new Mesquite Smoke is an improved version of our popular Mesquite seasoning. Mesquite Smoke features a bolder flavor of sweet smoke and ancho chile. This blend will add the flavor of the Southwest to any dish. Use it as a meat rub to recreate a great mesquite smoked flavor. We also add it to beans, sprinkled on popcorn or add to any food that you want to kick up a notch!

Ingredients: salt, spices including paprika, sugar, dehydrated garlic, citric acid, dehydrated onion, natural mesquite smoke powder, natural flavors, oleoresin, turmeric added for color, and not more than 1% silicon dioxide added to prevent caking.

Is it very hot? Becoming a lightweight in my elder yrs. Poblano&jala is as hot as I go these days. And I usually(used2) plant 23 varieties of peppers!

Hi Dianne! Mesquite Smoke Seasoning is full of flavor but it is not spicy. There’s some ancho chili powder in there. I use it all the time and I’m pretty sure it’s about the same spice level as a good amount of black pepper. It’s especially good on baked potatoes and chicken!

I love this seasoning and use it as a dry rub when grilling and smoking. I use it on just about everything; chicken wings, ribs even pork roasts that I smoke for pulled pork. Flavor is amazing. Is my secret ingredient that friends haven’t figured out, even though I bought them all jars for Christmas last year!

Mr. Rollins did not let me down! I ordered some Mesquite Seasoning and some Rib Rub for no good reason. I did a taste test on some chicken wings just to see what I had bought, and dang it, I liked them both better than my own seasoning concoction. So I just did two big pork butts with a base coat of mesquite seasoning followed by a top coat of rib rub. Man, that’s good! Thank you, Mr. Rollins!

Great stuff. Rubbed a trip-tip (California thing) in this and let it sit overnight then cooked it indirect with a little smoke. Outstanding flavor. Better than any restaurant or barbeque stand.

We really liked this Mesquite seasoning. Charlie smoked a venison roast and used it on that. It was fabulous!
We also have the Original and the Rib Rub. We love them all! Charlie smoked the best ribs with the Rib Rub. Thanks for all you do. We love your products!!

I’m glad that you had the mesquite seasoning, large refill bag back in stock!! I love the stuff! It’s a decent price to buy the small container of it but then the shipping about doubles the price. We are on a fixed income and I’ve done with out it for a while because of that cost. When I saw it back in stock, I jumped at it!

I use the Mesquite Seasoning more and more. I haven’t put it on anything yet that it did not make better. Pinto beans, fried cabbage, fried or scrambled eggs, deviled eggs, ribs, chicken, tri-tip, cheesy taters, pig shots, smoked stuffed jalapeno peppers, beef stew, pork chops, haven’t tried it on ice cream yet. It is a good product.
