WE LOVE THIS CHUTNEY! Our first try at chutney of any kind.
The jar was way bigger than I anticipated, so I am freezing some. Hope that doesn’t hurt it.

I have your original seasoning, rib rub, mesquite seasoning and cowboy chutney. All are very good but the Cowboy Chutney is off the chart good. This will be something I have to keep on hand at all times.

All I can say is WOW! I first tried this on a pork roast. It was so good, that I tried it the next day on some scrambled eggs. Best scrambled eggs ever. The sweet goodness is what hits you first, and then the heat. Top notch and this will be on my pantry from now on. Loved it. My wife thought it was a little too much heat, but I thought it was perfect. I want to try it on tacos next. Going to have to try the red Chile salsa next.

This is such a Spectacular flavor. Goes good with everything. My family loves it in my Chili, which is almost dead on for Kent’s Chili, except I use 2 lbs. Chopped up Steak meat and 1 Poblano Pepper. Kent’s Chutney really makes it though. Hurry up and Re-Stock so I can order more. Thanks so Much,

Oh my goodness, Kent and Shan are my favorite cowboy cooks! I recently shared a beer with Kent at his book signing in El Segundo, California. What a wonderful experience it was! We shared a prayer in thanksgiving for the taco he ordered. How great is that! I’ve cooked several Kent/Shan recipes and thoroughly enjoyed them…as I will with their new book. I’ve re-ordered their tasty Chutney!

This Cowboy Chutney is a hit with my husband, myself, and two of my grandchildren. One is 14 years old and the one that insists upon it being on everything he eats is. just 10 years old. Sadly, though we have been back to Atwoods in Webb City, MO, several times and they never seem to have it. It is a long drive, but we have wanted to buy more of it. Sadly, we do not have a credit card to buy online. We will just keep looking until we do find it again. Too bad I didn’t have a recipe to make my own LOL.

Well I have to say the underlying flavor is really good but the heat is way more than my family can take. We are going to try adding it to bbq sauce the next time we make ribs to see if we can “water down” the heat.

By far, the absolute BEST topping for everything from morning cackle-berries to evening pork chops!!!
Perfectly balanced flavor – not too spicy and not too sweet – that means it’s versatile enough for practically anything.
And yes, I’m actually gifting a couple of jars to friends to spread the good word of chilis to the masses! It’s THAT good!

This is the best stuff, I put it on everything,tacos,baked potatoes,eggs,enchiladas. Not to hot,has wonderful smoky flavor and a little bit of zing. I heard the Dali Lama uses it to find inner peace. You can even put it on your bluebell ice cream 🍨

I made spaghetti and meatballs I used a little in my meatball mix then I ran a little short on my red sauce for the spaghetti I used it to stretch it and that put it over the top so they will be another order for more soon

The Cowboy Chutney is excellent! I’ve eaten it all, straight out of the jar. Opens with brown sugar and smokiness. Then you get the chipotle heat and the tomato. The smooth heat continues as you notice the other array of flavors/spices. Really nice blend. Important comment: I’m ordering more!

The Cowboy Chutney is fantastic!!! Has just a nice hint of heat that does not stay with you a long time, and an excellent combination of sweetness and smoke. Bought it to try on cream cheese, but now using on many other things such as, Pork Loin, chicken, even spread on a burger was fantastic. Can’t go wrong with this item, definitely going to buy more!!!

The only problem with it is it’s hot! But worth the burn. Uuummm!

The initial flavor is outstanding, but the heat that kicks in is way too much for our taste. Not everybody has the heat tolerance that Kent has. If it came in a mild version, I would buy it by the case!
