Best Thing I Ever Ate – New Mexico Edition
It has been a rough time lately for our neighbors over in Ruidoso, New Mexico. After major wildfires tore through the area in 2024, flooding began in the burn-scarred region, causing tourists to stay far, far away. For a beautiful tourist town like Ruidoso, that means a lot of locals are hoping y’all will come visit so they can keep their doors open a little longer. And the doors are open!

In this week’s episode, Shan and I visited our favorite places to eat, shop, and play in Ruidoso. This isn’t something that we’re being paid for – we want y’all to come visit because we really do love it here and want to see the community come out of this adversity even better than it was before.
