Food is what brings families, friends and neighbors together. We wanted this cookbook to not only be a collection of recipes but filled with stories, poems and vivid pictures that illustrate the importance of sharing food and fellowship.
In our first cookbook, A Taste of Cowboy, we shared our cowboy cooking roots with hearty yet simple recipes. We wanted to continue in that tradition yet open up the gate a bit and share more variety on the table. In Faith, Family & the Feast, we’ve added more garden fresh ingredients, an entire chapter on grilling recipes and tips and comfort foods sizzling in the iron skillet.

We love Kent Rollins and his wife videos we watch them every morning before we go to church. And as far as the product I ordered one it was processed and delivered a lot faster than I expected. My daughter keeps telling me need to get more barbeque sauce she really liked. It. My son says Kent can cook or make anything and everything. Hah ha. He’s 11 so that explains that.. Love it all!!!! Very well pleased. Ten thumbs up!!!!

My wife and have really enjoyed the cookbook. We have tried a few recipes already but we are really looking forward to warmer weather so we can breakout the cast iron dutch ovens and show off the dishes to our friends . Probably the best cookbook I have ever invested in, not to mention the soul of heartfelt love of our country and the freedoms we have. Kent and Shannon bring out the best in faith and find the words to lift up the wonderful pictures while guiding a superb book of nourishment of the soul and our taste buds. They open a portal to the old west like none other with a dash of cowboy humor that will bring a smile to any chef of any level. I will buy more for Christmas for other family members, perfect gift at the perfect time.

I loved the first book, but this one is arguably better. The recipes are all great, but the love Kent and Shan have for God and for people shines through beautifully. I can’t recommend Kent’s books highly enough.
