Looking forward to making g some of the recipes

This was purchased as a gift for my son-in-law. He has been wanted one for a while. The first one I ordered was place on a side porch my dog had access to. You can just guess what happened. He tore it to little pieces. I reordered and received it last week. I have looked through it and can see why he wanted it. I liked it very much.

Not done reading it yet,but surely some recipes I can't wait to try.
Been very busy with a lot of Veteran stuff lately.
I am certain I won't be disappointed.

We love it. I made the one pot noodle, hamburger dish. We loved it. Comfort food for sure. Can't wait to try more recipes. I know you can find almost anything online but nothing compares to a good book. Your recipes are unique! By the way I'm hooked on your hatch chili's! Thank you.
