Cowboy Coffee Hour Guidelines
We are honored by the growing interest in being a guest on Cowboy Coffee Hour. Because this podcast is built around meaningful conversations rooted in Western heritage, entrepreneurship, faith, storytelling, and authentic life experience, we are selective in choosing guests.
What Makes a Strong Guest Fit
We consider guests who:
- Share authentic stories connected to Western culture, ranching, food, business, craftsmanship, faith, or leadership
- Bring lived experience, earned expertise, or a meaningful personal journey
- Can clearly articulate how their message serves the Cowboy Coffee Hour audience
- Are comfortable having genuine conversation rather than delivering a rehearsed pitch
- Align with our commitment to positive, constructive dialogue
We welcome both established voices and compelling everyday stories — provided there is clear alignment and substance.
Format Expectations
- Most interviews are conducted virtually
- Guests must have reliable internet and professional-quality audio
- A brief pre-interview call may be required
- Episodes are conversational in tone and typically 45–75 minutes
To Be Considered, Please Include:
