Crock-Pot Chicken Cordon Bleu
An easy throw together recipe. It is a casserole and chicken dinner that will soon become a comfort family favorite. It has a light creamy herb sauce all topped with savory stuffing and Swiss cheese.

Ingredients
- 2 Large skinless chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces
- 1 1/2 cups Half & Half or Whole Milk
- 1 10.5 oz Can Cream Soup of your choice chicken, mushroom, celery, etc
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 8 ounces Thinly sliced Ham
- 1 box Stovetop Stuffing flavor of your choice
- 8 deli slices Swiss Cheese
- Cranberry Sauce for serving, optional
Instructions
- Place the Chicken in the Crock-Pot and season with the Salt, Pepper and Garlic Powder
- In a medium bowl, mix together the half & half and soup. Stir in the salt, pepper and garlic powder. Pour over the chicken.
- Place the sliced ham over the chicken.
- Make the stuffing according to the box instructions and pour over the ham slices.
- Cook on low 3 to 4 hours
- Place the Swiss cheese over top. Cover and cook until cheese has melted.
- Serve with Cranberry sauce, if desired
