Mr. Rollins did not let me down! I ordered some Mesquite Seasoning and some Rib Rub for no good reason. I did a taste test on some chicken wings just to see what I had bought, and dang it, I liked them both better than my own seasoning concoction. So I just did two big pork butts with a base coat of mesquite seasoning followed by a top coat of rib rub. Man, that's good! Thank you, Mr. Rollins!
