Grilled Romaine with Parmesan
Directions
- Preheat a grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F).
- Slice each romaine heart in half lengthwise, leaving the core intact.
- Brush both sides of the romaine generously with avocado oil.
- Season both sides with Original Seasoning.
- Place the romaine cut-side down on the grill. Press gently with a spatula for a few seconds.
- Grill for about 3 minutes, then flip and grill the second side for another 2 minutes.
- Remove from the grill once the lettuce has light char marks and the outer leaves are slightly wilted while the center remains crisp.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over each half and immediately sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Serve warm as a fresh grilled side dish.
