Ingredients

  • 2 Large skinless chicken breasts

    cut into bite size pieces

  • 1 1/2 cups Half & Half or Whole Milk

  • 1 10.5 oz Can Cream Soup of your choice

    chicken, mushroom, celery, etc

  • 1 teaspoon Salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

  • 8 ounces Thinly sliced Ham

  • 1 box Stovetop Stuffing

    flavor of your choice

  • 8 deli slices Swiss Cheese

  • Cranberry Sauce

    for serving, optional

Instructions

  1. Place the Chicken in the Crock-Pot and season with the Salt, Pepper and Garlic Powder

  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the half & half and soup. Stir in the salt, pepper and garlic powder. Pour over the chicken.

  3. Place the sliced ham over the chicken.

  4. Make the stuffing according to the box instructions and pour over the ham slices.

  5. Cook on low 3 to 4 hours

  6. Place the Swiss cheese over top. Cover and cook until cheese has melted.

  7. Serve with Cranberry sauce, if desired
