Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease a 12 inch deep Dutch oven or 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Pour in the melted butter.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and cinnamon.
Whisk in the milk and vanilla.
Pour the batter in the Dutch oven or dish. Drain half the liquid from the peaches and scatter evenly over the batter. Evenly top with the strawberries and bananas.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, when the top is browned, evenly top the cobbler with the Hershey’s Kisses, pushing them down slightly. Bake an additional 5 minutes.
Remove the cobbler from the oven and let it rest for about 15 to 20 minutes. Top with ice cream and cherries. Serve warm.
Note: A shorter cook time will create a more liquidy consistency. Increase your baking time, for a more cake-like consistency. Poking holes down in the cobbler as it cooks, will allow the cobbler to bake through a little more.
