Cowboy Baked Beans Casserole - Cowboy Kent Rollins

Ingredients
2lbs80/20 ground beef
2yellow oniondiced
1 to 2jalapenosdiced
215 ounce cans pork and beans drained
1cupKent’s Red River Mud BBQ sauceor your favorite bbq sauce
17 ounce can diced green chilis
3TBSPKent Rollins' Chili Seasoningor your favorite chili blend
½cuplight brown sugar
½cupketchup
1tablespoonyellow mustard
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a 12 inch cast iron skillet or Dutch oven, over medium high heat, begin to brown the ground beef, stirring occasionally. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
When the meat is halfway browned, add the onions and jalapenos and continue cooking until the meat is fully browned and the onions are tender. Drain any excess grease.
Add the beans, BBQ Sauce, green chilis, chili seasoning, brown sugar, ketchup and mustard and stir well.
Bake for about 30 minutes. Serve hot.
