Ingredients
⅓cupolive oil or avocado oil
4garlic cloves minced
3tablespoonsbalsamic vinegar
4tablespoonsWorcestershire sauce
⅓cupsoy sauce
¼cuphoney
2tablespoonsfresh thyme minced
1tablespoonfresh rosemary chopped
1cupred wine
Instructions
Whisk together all the ingredients in a bowl. Place the meat in a ziploc bag and pour in the ingredients. Place in the fridge for at least six hours. For tougher cuts, marinade 12 hours.
