Mesquite Seasoning

Add the flavor of the southwest to any dish. We cook with a lot of mesquite wood here in Southwest Oklahoma so we wanted to recreate that flavor in a seasoning. This is a smoky blend with just a hint of ancho chile. Use it as a meat rub to recreate a great mesquite smoked flavor. We also add it to beans, sprinkled on popcorn or add to any food that you want to kick up a notch!

Ingredients: salt, spices (including ancho chili pepper and celery), sugar, dextrose, smoked paprika, dehydrated garlic, maltodextrin, paprika, citric acid, dehydrated onion, natural flavors, extractive of spice, and not more than 2% sunflower oil and silicon dioxide added as a processing agent.
