Now there's three things you're really going to need to create this perfect fried egg in a cast-iron skillet and speaking a cast-iron skillet

So well-seasoned skillet and guess what else we're gonna need a dab of water and a little dab of butter

so let's take our One egg and a lot of you want to crack it right there on this skillet

Ha because what happens when you do that Some of it runs down the side see what was left there from this morning shin But also that egg shell falls in there it does Crack it on a flat surface
