• What People are Sayin’

And we didn’t even have to pay them to say nice things

Kent Rollins is one of the funniest two leggers that the Good Lord has ever put together. His deep insights into the basic human dynamic are exceptional and he expresses those insights in ways that often cause you to burst in to spontaneous laughter two or three days after you darn near broke a gasket laughing at him the first time. He is an authentic cowboy “

Kent Rollins is a class act and a stand alone feature presenter who makes an evening around a camp fire with a few pards, or a large gathering with many 100s present, a time to be celebrated and a time you will talk about again and again.

Working with Kent Rollins was a ‘HOOT AND A HOLLER,” HE IS THE FUNNIEST MAN OFF AND ON STAGE. But very professional and true to his audience. If you’re looking for “COWBOY” you will get it with him.

I can honestly say I have never had more satisfaction, fun and value the overall success and ‘flavor’ of my events from any other entertainer I have featured, than I have from Kent’s presence, personality and product. He’s the ‘real deal’ cowboy, not just someone who knows how to buy wranglers, boots and a hat, and it’s an authenticity that captivates people. He’s hands-down the best cowboy story-teller I’ve ever known or worked with. But the greatest thing about Kent Rollins, to me, is that when you walk into his ‘camp’ at the chuckwagon, you get the same 100% entertainment as a single individuals, with genuine warmth and attention, that he gives on stage in front of thousands.

Kent Rollins has been our official Chuckwagon Cook and Cowboy Poet for the past five years and is always the favorite venue on festival site. Crowds gather as Kent demonsteates the art of chuckwagon cooking as only a true cowboy can do!! The peach cobbler and fried potatoes are my favorites. No, that’s not right, it’s the country friend steak and gravy! His genuine love for his Oklahoma heritage and Cowboy way of life is evident inall that he does. He has not only fans but friends that eagerly wait to see him each fall. His delivery of his original poetry is as natural as his true cowboy way of life. We LOVE him!!
