• Cooking Bootcamp

We’ll teach you how to burn food the right way!

For the seasoned chef, the occasional hash slinger or anyone just dying to discover their inner chuckwagon cook…Kent offers Chuckwagon Cooking Bootcamp!

Students will arrive to a scene from an old cow camp located in Southwest Oklahoma, overlooking the Red River. Sleep in comfortable ranch teepees on a cot and cowboy roll. Wake-up comes early, but it’s worth it for the awesome sunrise.

Participants will learn how to cook chuckwagon staples just like on the old wagon trails. Kent will also teach the proper ways to season and clean cast iron as well as share his knowledge of the catering business.
