    Kent has cooked for brandings to Bar mitzvahs, corporate parties to weddings across the United States and Canada. He is able to whip up mouth-watering recipes for groups of five to 500. No group is too large or too small!

    Menus

    • 12 or 14 ounce Ribeye steak, baked potatoes, pinto beans, biscuits and Dutch oven cobbler
    • 12 or 14 ounce New York strip, baked potatoes, pinto beans, biscuits and cobbler
    • 12 or 14 ounce center cut pork chop, green beans, mashed potatoes, sourdough bread and cobbler
    • Smoked brisket, potato salad, pinto beans, biscuits and cobbler
    • Beef stew, cornbread and, of course… cobbler
